Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Every item is handmade to order.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Claims for lost or stolen packages may be submitted through USPS.

If your package arrives damaged, please email info@dearaine.com within 3 days of delivery.

We do not ship internationally at this time.
