RETURNS

Unfortunately, all sales are FINAL. We are unable to offer refunds. Every item is customized and handmade to order.  Please contact us at info@dearaine.com with any questions or concerns you may have before placing an order, we'd love to hear from you!

In the event that there is a manufacturing defect or part of your order is incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery and we will be glad to help with any issues! Refunds or exchanges for special requests will be made on a case by case basis by the merchant, valid for store credit only.

EXCHANGES

We can exchange non-customized products for a different size, customer is required to pay for return shipping.

If you ordered a personalized product in an incorrect size, please contact us at info@dearaine.com within 5 days of delivery. All products must be unworn in order to be exchanged. Customer is required to pay for return shipping.
